S David Bruton — Concussion suffered in the Browns game. He will be out of action for at least 8 weeks. Replacement: Duke Ihenacho.

OUT

CB Bashaud Breeland — Sprained ankle in the Giants game. Expected to be back for game 6 against the Eagles. Replacement: Quinton Dunbar.

LB Su’a Cravens — Concussion in the Browns game. Did not practice all week. Replacement: Various.

CB Dashaun Phillips — Hamstring injury in the Giants game. Has not practiced in two weeks and is now week-to-week. Replacement: Kendall Fuller.

WR Josh Doctson — Achilles Tendon injury suffered before the Giants game. Did not practice all week and is likely to be out for at least several more weeks if he can avoid injured reserve. Replacement: None.

QUESTIONABLE

OLB Ryan Kerrigan — Hyperextended elbow in the Browns game. Limited practice all week. Is expected to play, though in a somewhat limited capacity. Replacement: Trent Murphy/Preston Smith.

G Shawn Lauvao — Ankle injury in the Giants game, but practice with the first team this week and said on Thursday his ankle felt “spectacular.” Expect him to play against the Ravens.

TE Maxx Williams — Knee injury. Probably done for the year.

DOUBTFUL

OT Ronnie Stanley — Foot injury will likely force Baltimore’s first round pick and starting left tackle to miss a second straight game. Replacement: James Hurst or Alex Lewis.

KR Devin Hester — Thigh injury.

RB Kenneth Dixon — Knee injury forced the rookie to miss the first month of the season, but is likely to see his first NFL action against the Skins.
